REL, the international headquarters since 1978, strategically located in Hong Kong, is the parent company of RAI and affiliates; RIL, RML and RSP and is the liaison between RAI and RML. REL is also the head office for manufacturing, R&D, engineering, marketing, finance, senior management, administration, PMC and shipping.
REL’s primary responsibilities include product management, materials procurement, sales and customer service support for Europe and Asia.

North American Product Development Center (NAPDC), Chicago:
NAPDC, since 1995, provides all technical services and product development for our customers in North America. NAPDC is responsible for product design and engineering for charger circuits, software development (code development for smart batteries and chargers), project management, agency approvals, and is the technical facilitator between Rosslare’s manufacturing and our customers.

The Rosslare Center Dallas, USA, is the company's shipping hub since 1996. As well as housing product stock, custom packaging distribution, sales and marketing support, RAI Dallas caters to large and small distributors of cellular accessories through over 30 representatives in the USA. RAI sells to major US distribution and chain stores.
